New Albany Golf Course and Country Club Community
New Albany, OhioNew Albany Country Club is the home of a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus championship golf course, located in New Albany, Ohio. Several holes on the course have the open feel of the Scottish links, while others have the lush look of the Carolinas. Just shy of 1,200 homes with Georgian style architecture, creating a historic feel, surround the course. New Albany Country Club has the honor of hosting three Tour Challenges and LPGA events.
EMH&T has been the engineer on all designs associated with the New Albany Country Club and Country Club Community. Developed under a master plan, the country club, golf course and community have accentuated many natural features. The 4,000-acre community is nestled between Blacklick Creek and Rocky Fork Creek. EMH&T designed wetlands and water features that define this development as an environmentally sensitive community.
EMH&T provided complete engineering and surveying services for the golf course, clubhouse and residential development. Our engineers have designed the sewer trunk systems and watermain systems to service the development and the adjacent areas of the Village of New Albany. The designs have also interfaced with the Village master plan and community redevelopment of their downtown district.
